Our apartments are immersed in the Trentinian countryside, in the middle of Molveno, a calm and sunny area in the Brenta’s Dolomites. The apartments overlook the lake and are located a few meters away from the center of the town.

General conditions

- The prices for the two-room apartments may be lower or higher than the ones that are indicated in the catalog depending on the characteristics and the size of the apartment.
- All utilities, weekly changed linens, rent,1 parking spot per apartment, are included in the agreed upon amount due;
- cribs: they are available for free; crib linens are not supplied
- upon request, small animals will be accepted;
- duration of stay: during high season, at least 2 weeks from Saturday to Saturday, during low season, it is possible to stay for less than one week, for at least 3 days; from 01.05 to 06.06.09 and  from 12.09 to 30.10.08;
- check in: the apartment is available from 14.00 -15.00 ;
- check out: you will have to leave the apartment before 09.30;
- cleaning service: cleaning service is included, except the cleaning of the kitchen, which will have to be left clean. Otherwise, a fee of 15.00 euros for two-room apartments and 20 euros for three-room apartments will have to be paid; only the pre-established number of people can live in the apartment;
- safety deposit: 50.00 euros that will be given back at the end of the stay after our inspection.
- Additional charge for extra bed: 50.00 euros per week;
