Our apartments in Molveno give you the possibility to stay in a cozy holiday house in Trentino, an elegant environment realized in a typical alpine style, completely made of wood.
In the summer, blooming geraniums on the balconies make our apartments, located 100m from the Molveno Lake, the right place for a pleasant and calm vacation.
The San Carlo Residence in Molveno has apartments of different sizes, which are all well taken care of and highly appreciated by our dear customers, in terms of space, functionality and elegance.
Types of apartments
Apartments in Molveno are of 2 types: two-room apartments and three-room apartments, equipped with elevator, phone, hair-dryer, oven, washing machine, ironing board and electric iron, linens, parking or garage (1 car per apartment), storage for sports equipment and, upon request, cartoon video channels for your children.
In the loft, the apartments have a balcony and a private yard with a table and beach loungers, where you can spend your relaxing moments.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT
50-65 square meters / 4 people
Two-room apartment for 4/5 people (50-65 square meters) composed of:
- 1 very large bedroom with a queen size bed + a 3rd or a 4th bed or with two chair-beds in the living area,
- 1 bathroom
- 1 kitchen equipped with an oven
THREE-ROOM APARTMENT
85 square meters² / 6 people
Three-room apartment for 6 people (85 square meters) composed of:
- 2 double bedrooms with a queen size bed + a 3rd bed
- 1 bathroom with window,
- 1 large kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, private balcony and terrace.
